Open Content Advisor @ Kennisland

Kennisland is my first post-graduation employer. It is a think tank situation in the centre of Amsterdam. It’s mission is to help create a society where knowledge, information and professional independence thrive. It envisions a society that is based at least on the following two premises: 1) people who are doing the work have knowledge over that work and should be given the freedom to act on new insights, and 2) all cultural heritage and created knowledge and content paid for through public funding should be freely accessible and reusable. My work mostly lies in making the second premise a reality.
