.. or maybe have you tried turning IT off and on again.
Being IT coordinator at Kennisland involves turning the printer off and on but also exploring new solutions for increasing efficiencies. In the past years we have migrated from our own mail server and working with Microsoft Office to working with Google Apps for Business. We’ve managed to decrease our year by year IT-costs and lowered our technology related issues four our users. Especially worthwhile was our move to Munki to keep our software up to date across all machines. I coordinated these efforts, but a lot of credit goes to our technology-partner Mass-IT.
